Casa Vista La Pesquera

The apartment was very comfortable located in a beautiful spot.

Definitely very good stay. Nice big house, with big terrace and nice view. House was clean and fully furnished, everything you need in kitchen was there. Behind the house is big parking spot even for bigger vehicles. Comunication was excelent and we even got a small present which was really hearwarming for us. Famara is not far aways, distance is ok by car, and La Santa spot is even closer, but you need a car. Overall very nice stay and we definitely left with good feeling.

Cant complain about anything. Some things to mind are the time of the year (even in cold, wet and windy days Lanzarote is nice). As usual these houses dont have heating, there was 1 electric heater and lots of blankets (im sure if you ask you would get another heater, but we didnt need it). When its windy terrace is cool for 15minutes then you seek shelter from wind 😀. There is 1 toilted which mich be not enough in the morning for 5 people, which otherwise can stay without problem.

Le calme, le confort et l'agencement de l'appartement, le toit terrasse avec vue sur l'océan ! Emplacement idéal pour qui cherche la tranquillité et le calme ! Je recommande cette location à tous ce qui préfèrent l'authenticité d'un petit village de pêcheurs à la démesure des usines à touristes... 👍

Vraiment isolé, pour nous ce n'était pas un soucis car c'est exactement ce que nous cherchions, mais il faut savoir que l'endroit est un peu "perdu" Pas de commerces sur place (bars, restaurants, épiceries) une voiture est nécessaire, mais on trouve tout ce qu'il faut à La Santa (environ 3 kms) ! Bref... pour nous, c'était parfait 👍

I liked the roof top - but we couldn’t use it much due to a strong winds.

The property is a bit aged and we were a bit cold in January- no warm duvets have been provided - only a basic blankets. I know this is common in Canary Islands but still the standard could have been higher for the price we paid.
