This a good middle ground option, inexpensive, clean and tidy and in a nice quiet area but close to lots of amenities. About a 30 minute walk (or £1.50 in a Grab) up to the main tourist sites, War Remnants Museum, markets and walking street. Host friendly and helpful but not always on site. Contactable at all times on WhatsApp.

Slightly marked down for location and lack of full time staff on site albeit this is reflected in the price and known in advance so not a surprise.

Гостеприимство - очень вежливый парень, который был постоянно на связи и принял, как у себя дома. Чистота - в комнате чисто, постель пахнет свежестью. Комфорт - в комнате есть абсолютно ВСЁ, для проживания. Холодильник, чайник, фен, банные принадлежности, удобный стол, вода, чай/кофе. Безопасность - при заселении тебе настраивают вход по отпечатку пальца, везде камеры (вне номера), на ночь закрываются ворота (открыть можно по коду) Расположение - идеальное, все, что я хотела посмотреть - 1/2км рядом, обошла пешком.

Единственный минус - отсутствие лифта, но об этом сообщили заранее и чемодан любезно предложили оставить внизу, под камерами наблюдения.

Property is clean, rooms are big, beds are very comfortable, air con, not too far from the centre- about a twenty- thirty minute walk.

We weren’t told before that a man would be sleeping in the downstairs entrance area which made it a bit uncomfortable. Became challenging when we tried to amend our booking. Listed that laundry services are available at an extra cost, assuming this meant washing machines were charged but we were informed the laundry service is just going to the local laundromat yourself. I think more clarification should be provided online. There was no daily housekeeping as mentioned in the services.
