Warmwasser musste man am Boiler erst einmal anstellen. Kann sein, dass das in den umfangreichen Vorabinfos stand, aber die lesen wohl viele für eine einzelne Übernachtung nicht.

The room was big and it was clean.

First of all, the description of the room mentions a bathroom, which you would assume it is inside the room, but no, it's not, it's shared. For the price, definitely not worth it. Also, I had to shower several times with cold water because the boiler is very small for the 4 rooms it serves. The accommodation is hard to find after dark as the writing is black and if there is no light, it's almost impossible to find it. After 8 p.m. no one answers the phone. I had issues finding the place as it is a large block of buildings with the same number. Overall, hard to find, no one to contact about any issues, deceiving description (bathroom not in the room even though it's in the room description), and expensive for a place with shared bathroom with cold water half the time.
