Localização, apto simples sem muito espaço mais atendeu a minha necessidade.
Seria o tamanho, mais já reservei sabendo então não colocaria como não gostei.

L’emplacement étais vraiment bien , quartier propre et calme, le prix du logement est correct
Le fait que il n’était pas mentionné que il y a une cuisine commune dans le couloir qui malheureusement étais mal ventilé il y avait une odeur persistante à chaque fois que une personne cuisinait. De plus le fait que les logements soient très mal isolé ( isolation sonore) chaque mouvement ou discussion des personnes dans le logement était perceptible et très désagréable.

Close to the skytree, oshiage jr line train station, direct line to narita airport. Convinence store around the corner, large supermarket at skytree 5-10 mins walk. Quiet location. Had private bathroom and kichenette. 4 beds- 2 bottom 2 bunk. Communal microwave and washing machine. Considering location and price , it was good value for money based on what we paid ($90 aud night). Suited family of 3
Walls are very thin so can hear next room or anyone walking in corridor. No space for a table so had to eat on the floor. Communication a bit slow.

隔音較差，如果對聲音極度敏感的人，不建議
