Location is good, relatively close to the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice to have full kitchen and laundry!
Floors are very slippery. Not sure if they're waxed or it just the tiles.

I liked the keyless entry and location
The wifi password provided in the apartment was out dated (correct password was provided in a text before arrival), the kitchen sink and some of the utensils were dirty, there was dust on the walls and floors, there were ants and other small bugs, there were no visible house rules, no visible cheat sheets (example: to advise on how to turn on the hot water), i don't remember it stating that construction is next door and starts at 6am. If I got that in an email, text, or it was in the listing at booking, then I don't remember seeing it.
