    Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dirty and not cleaned properly. Many of the amenities that were mentioned during booking were missing from the room. Even after calling the reception, I was informed that those amenities were not available. The food quality was also very poor and not worth the price. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

    We had an amazing stay at VintClub Resort, Lucknow. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was clean and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. The food was delicious with good variety, and all the facilities were well managed. The property is beautifully maintained and is an excellent place to spend quality time with friends or family. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and created wonderful memories together. I would definitely recommend VintClub Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and enjoyable stay in Lucknow. Looking forward to visiting again!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were not soundproof at all, making it difficult to rest, especially since loud night parties were being held right next to the rooms. This is definitely not a suitable place for a peaceful family holiday. The swimming pool facilities were among the worst I’ve experienced. The pools were very small and not properly maintained. The water appeared dirty, which made the experience unpleasant. The staff around the pool area were neither supportive nor cordial when assistance was needed. To make matters worse, guests were required to purchase swimwear from the hotel to use the pool, even if they already had their own appropriate swimming attire. Overall, the facilities, cleanliness, and guest experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing stay.
