El Tesoro Medellín Hab315 by Letoh

La ubicación es muy buena. Zona tranquila y al lado del Centro comercial El Tesoro. El personal de la entrada son todos muy amables y atentos. La habitación es grande, en buen estado y la terraza con la naturaleza está muy bien.

No es un tema del establecimiento, solo para el resto de viajeros que usen Uber u otro aplicativo. Al estar cerca de otro hotel y del centro comercial, hay veces que los taxis se pierden al llegar pero con la referencia del nombre de la urbanización, se ubican.

Ubicación y confort

La dirección NO corresponde a la anunciada, es difícil llegar, no hay comunicación con el anfitrión, solo se preocupa por que le envíen el recibo de pago, la entrada es por el sótano como si fuera un delincuente

Nice room. Good location walking distance to the El Tesoro Mall.

You check-in at the building’s entrance gate with the guard,not at the front desk. You enter through the service elevator in the basement. Are not allowed to use the main elevator since the building is an elder care center with a few rooms used for hotel guests. There are no services at all, no breakfast and not even a bottle of water in the room. While there the electricity was cut off in the morning so there was no hot water and had to pack my suitcase in the dark. Closest place for breakfast requires a taxi ride which you need to call yourself, non at the premises.
