La ubicación, es un lugar tranquilo, silencioso para descansar. La comida del restaurante interno brinda platillos de alta calidad y a muy buen precio. Realmente muy recomendado.

La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado ni un ventilador, si bien las noches eran frescas, en el día hacía mucho calor y no era recomendable quedarse. El balcón era espacioso pero carecía de privacidad con la otra habitación contigua.

La habitacion era muy comoda, la cama y almohadas, la tranquilidad de la ubicación.

Es difícil para el transporte llegar al sitio, a pesar de estar muy bien ubicado, se perdían los Uber y llegaban a otras ubicaciones, el Edificio tiene otro nombre, entonces no se si esto tambien tenga que ver

Todo muy limpio y tranquilo, un lugar perfecto para descansar después de un largo viaje.

Security guards were cool

Weak water pressure from both shower and sink., Shower flooded entire bathroom ( shower drain wasn't fully operational ). Poor communication with host ( still haven't received an invoice), They wanted me to give the security guard over 2,000,000cop to pay for room without a receipt in return. Housekeeping appeared intrusive at times, bathroom sink not fully operational. The lock on the sliding door leading to balcony was broke and inoperable. Towel hook in the bathroom was broke as well as toilet paper bracket. Had to keep dirty dishes in the room for days at a time. Sheets were only changed once in 30 days. Didn't know there wasn't any A/C until I arrived at the room. It also wasn't easy trying to contact Booking.com either. AI disconnected calls and wouldn't connect me to live representatives.
