Location. The layout of the well-furnished flat

The dirt throughout the floor; the stains on the bed sheet and pillow cases and the argumentative owner who showed no care when the poor hygiene issue was brought to their attention.

We really enjoyed the location and the overall premise - look and feel and equipment. The layout of the property is as described and it was renovated, great location with quiet surrounding. The place has the soul. Host responsed and tried to make our stay good. We recommend they change cleaning services to not ruin such a good appartment experience with hygene issues.

There was little to no cleaning - we had cookies in our heating radiators, dirty windows, stained sheets and hair on our bedding, there was a blood stain on my pillow too, there were small hairs inside the bathtub. The spare bedsheet kit unfortunately had weird smell and also with hair in it. Bath water flow is slow, so it accumulates water once you shower in it, no appliances e.g. kitchen towels or olive oil for those who cook, there was lots of dust.

Location, interior design

No elevator ( 3rd floor with luggages was not easy), no soap, no blinds ( it was bright light already at 5 am)

The apartment is beautiful! Everything is new and extremely well decorated. It is right in the city centre, for us was perfect as you have all main attractions close by plus all the restaurants and coffee shops. We recommend it 100%.

We would suggest to have a window blind on the window on top of the bed to avoid natural light in the early morning. It is a detail thought, it didn’t impact our wonderful stay.
