Ok appartment but poor value for money and unclear terms of stay
Thanks for the late check-out. Reasonably fast response to the problems we had during the stay (electricity failure, unclear check-out obligations etc)
Really cumbersome check-in process, problems in apartment, unusual cleaning demands and fines related to them not stated on booking.com site at all

Great apartment for self drive holiday
Clean and modern. Good bathrooms. Well appointed. Large terrace. Quiet. Excellent garage facility. Brilliant mid week clean and towel refresh.
Location requires a car. A good 10min walk uphill to the lift or few minutes in the car and 25 mins walk into centre of Les Gets.

Stunning apartment would happily stay there again !!
Everything was perfect. I think the communication from the team on the ground was fantastic and we had no complaints at all. Exceptional apartment and after a long days skiiing the showers were incredible !!!
The wifi signal in the upstairs bedrooms was weak which annoyed my kids !!! The only complaint would be there are 2 new smart TV's but they were not set up so it was a shame that we couldn't chill and watch a movie etc on a Netflix account.

Séjour en famille dans cet appartement très confortable. Tout est à disposition pour bien se sentir. La chambre est grande et dispose de rangement. La communication avec l'équipe et l'accueil étaient impeccables. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
