It’s close bus station

We have no help to solve problems. The custom service is very very bad. We have to wait outside (it was a very hot temperature) for the agent for checkin and nobody came for checkout. The area where the apartment is located is quite run-down, and there’s construction going on that makes getting around a bit unsafe, especially at night. There are broken items in the apartment, and we couldn’t use the stove. We didn’t receive any help. Customer service consisted of nothing more than a few text messages, most of which were automated. The property is managed by a company called Wonderful Italy, which requires you to fill out forms in its own system. The ad didn’t mention that the apartment was in the attic, a location that makes it much hotter
