Perch - City Oasis

The home is as pictured with a few furniture changes; clean and luxurious; the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and many extras for cooking and coffee; they offered quality shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soaps, and plenty of toilet paper. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Love the claw tub and open shower options in the two bathrooms. The house was set behind the garage through a gated lovely garden that smelled amazing. Love the bonus sunroom to enjoy an evening of relaxation. Loved the off-street parking and use of garage. Check in was easy, and the host was very easy and responsive in a timely manner to communicate with as well as they checked in a couple times through the message portal. We could drive within 15 minutes to most of the Seattle attractions we wanted to go to. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

it's not a true negative, you need to compost / recycle and understand what goes where (we don't this where we live) so it was an education, in a good way. Be aware that the streets are narrow so know your surroundings when pulling in and out of the driveway, and maneuvering around the immediate area.
