Luna Maya is a 36 unit development with a quiet atmosphere that is just 1 block from Coco Beach. The common areas are immaculately maintained and the unit is fully equipped to make sure your stay is nothing short of amazing.
Welcome to Luna Maya, a hidden treasure 1 block from the beach.
This intimate development consists of 36 units in 6 separate buildings nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a main courtyard with a pool that is maintained daily, a palapa with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. With a great location and immaculately maintained grounds, Luna Maya makes for the ideal travel accommodations.
Viento 6 is a two bedroom two bathroom unit with a main balcony off the living/dining room offering a view of the pool below and lush green space. The kitchen comes complete with everything necessary to cook to your hearts content with a dining room table able to seat 6. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom and a small balcony allowing you to let in the ocean breezes. The second bedroom with its own full bathroom has two double beds providing lots of space for extra guests. For even more space, there is a sofa bed in the living room.
You have access to the common areas of the complex, parking and the whole apartment.
**Common grill use is for owners only**
**After 5:00pm no maintenance works are allowed**
The Coco Beach area is one of the most privileged in Playa del Carmen. It is quiet and peaceful, only steps from the beach, but still only a few blocks from the start of 5th Avenue where you'll find countless restaurants and shopping. Everything is within walking distance and so a car or taxis are seldom required.
If you require a taxi or a rental car, you need only walk a few blocks to find either. The main street for taxis is 10th Avenue which is about 3 blocks away. As far as car rental companies, there are several on 5th and 10th which are all within a 10 minute walk.
● ***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***
● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
● Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.
●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
● Please follow the complex rules.
** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **

We were a family of 5, with an infant. Stayed during Christmas week. It was a very roomy condo , kitchen was fully stocked , had some nice dinners with takeout food In the big dinner table. Drinking water provided which was a big plus for us to use with our babies formula. Dinner also worked as perfect desk for working remotely. The internet was on point , great speed , Netflix on the TVs which my teenagers loved and AC really refreshing . Was able to get home from beach and dry my clothes and even wash all my clothes before we checked out. Plenty of places to eat nearby , walking distance to beach clubs and beach, also the beach towels provided came in handy! Will
