Age Requirement

Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

The Dragonfly Pool is right next door from the house, and other gorgeous pools are LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill Pool, Camp Pool. All Watercolor Pools are Heated!

Scenic 395 Beach Access is 0.8 miles from the house at the intersection of Scenic 30A and Scenic 395.


No pets

Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.

No Smoking

Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.

**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.

**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance.

A 6-seater golf cart is included with every reservation and is now built into the nightly rate (no separate fee required).
