Location is almost perfect. House is 18 minutes from Natural Bridge Caverns, 35 minutes to the Alamo, and 20 minutes from water parks in New Braunfels. All grocery stores and best food spots are less than 8 minutes from house. My crew of 8 people and four of them being teen girls showers and mirrors galore they loved it. (Made them get out the house faster than back home. Lol)
Kitchen counter space and made cooking a breeze for 8 people. An absolute must if your looking for a great location with quite neighborhood.

The house is wonderful! Big open plan with lots of space. The house was clean and perfect. If I come back to the San Antonio are, this is the place I would love to stay at.

The house is nice. It has several bedrooms and a nice living area. The amenities are lacking. It is advertised as having a gourmet kitchen, but the plates and utensils are scarce. There were no cups or glasses in case you wanted a glass of water or a cup of juice. You would have to use a coffee cup for that or a wine glass. We had to go to the store and buy our own red solo cups. There were also no hand towels in the kitchen. We went and bought that too. There were very few towels and clothes in the whole house, which was surprising since it is advertised to sleep 14 people. If there were that many people, then they would be sharing towels. There is no game room or gym or office as was stated on the website. There are two washing machines, and neither worked. They sent someone to fix it, and after the third time, and about two weeks later, it was fixed. In the meantime, we had to go out to do our laundry. In short, it's a nice place to lay your head, but don't expect many amenities if you stay here.
