This charming 3-room apartment awaits you on the second floor of one of the modern apartment buildings in the popular vacation complex along the Binz beach promenade. With its romantic sloping ceilings, this 74 square meters of living space offers a true vacation paradise filled with comfort, chic, and style. And for many, the best part: it’s just a few steps through the small dune grove to the magnificent sandy beach of Binz.


On the spacious, covered corner balcony, the rays of the morning sun will gently wake you as you enjoy breakfast outdoors with your family in the fresh Baltic Sea air. But even as the day goes on—and especially in the evening—it’s wonderful to relax on the comfortable lounge seating under atmospheric LED lighting, unless you’re at the beach or visiting one of the island’s many attractions in the immediate and wider surroundings. In Dünenpark itself, there’s a playground for the kids, outdoor chess boards, ping-pong tables, and barbecue facilities. In addition, there’s a communal sauna in the main building.

The “Treibgut” vacation apartment is designed to accommodate up to 4 people plus a toddler in an optional travel crib and is the perfect place to relax and unwind—not just in summer, but any time of year. Upon prior notice and for a small fee, your well-behaved dog is also a very welcome guest.


Out of consideration for subsequent guests, smoking is permitted only outside on the balcony. A reserved, free parking space is available just a few steps from the house. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
