Just a few steps from the harbor and about 500 meters from the terminus of the “Rasender Roland” narrow-gauge railway in Lauterbach, the apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the Southeast Rügen Biosphere Reserve.
The elevated terrace, measuring a good 30 m², faces the evening sun and is accessible from both rooms. From here, you can enjoy a wonderful view across the Rügischen Bodden to the island of Vilm. Inside the apartment, you’ll find a living room and a bedroom, each offering a side view of the water.
The light-filled living room is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable couch. The open kitchen with an adjoining dining area offers everything you need to feel at home and cook your own meals when you’re not dining at one of the local restaurants. The bedroom features a large double bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom with shower is spacious and modern.
Apartment 7 can be booked for 1–2 people. In the interest of our future guests, and especially those with allergies, smoking inside the apartment and bringing pets are not permitted.
If you’re arriving by car, an underground parking space is available (maximum clearance height: 2 meters). A shared storage room for bicycles is also available here.
