This luxurious penthouse apartment, approximately 110 m² in size and located on the 2nd floor, features 3 spacious rooms that are tastefully and elegantly furnished beneath sloping ceilings with exposed beams.
The 53 m² combined living and dining area features a cozy sitting area with a corner sofa and, as a special highlight, a rotating fireplace located in the center of the living room. The technical amenities include a flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a DVD player, an MP3 player, and an iPod connection. The kitchenette, perfectly integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with an eye-level oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and other cooking utensils. The 4-burner ceramic cooktop is located on the separate kitchen island.
The floors in the living area and bedrooms are made of high-quality whitewashed oak planks. The penthouse apartment features 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample closet space for your wardrobe. One of the bedrooms features an additional flat-screen TV.
The two exclusive shower rooms are equipped with high-quality real-glass showers. The showers are walk-in without a shower pan, making them user-friendly. One bathroom has a washing machine, which is available to you free of charge.
Wi-Fi internet access is also available free of charge.
The two balconies offer morning and evening sun. The west-facing balcony, with its generous 10 m², provides plenty of space to relax and is furnished with a table and 4 chairs.
