Welcome to the Alte Büdnerei! This over 200-year-old, historic house is located in the center of Sellin. It has been carefully modernized and furnished in a country house style. It is about 1,000 meters to the main beach with the pier via Wilhelmstraße, and about 1,300 meters to the south beach.
Apartment 2
Apartment 2 is a beautiful two-room apartment on the top floor of the house with approximately 50 m² of living space; its lovely furnishings, sloped ceilings, and exposed ceiling beams give it an exceptionally cozy feel.
In the combined living/dining room, you’ll find a comfortable sleeper sofa (which can accommodate two people), two armchairs, a TV, a dining area with a dining table, and a small kitchenette. It is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, and various small kitchen appliances.
The spacious bedroom with a double bed offers enough space for an additional travel crib.
A modern shower room and a separate seating area in the garden round out this beautiful apartment. The balcony and patio furniture are available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.
Wi-Fi and a free parking space are, of course, also available to you.
