About this house rental
Bring your whole family and pets to your home away from home in the desert. Located right up the street from JT Saloon and only 9 mins from the Joshua Tree Nation Park.
This home is enclosed with a fence around the whole property so you know your pets and small children are safe to roam around. In the front yard you will find a Cowboy Pool, which is big enough for nine people and a hot tub, which fits four people. The back yard has two hammocks perfect for star gazing and an outdoor shower to keep cool. Enjoy the lower part of the backyard keeping warm by the fire. The garage has been transformed into a game room, which has a pool/ping pong table, a 65'' screen tv, a dart board and some game boards. It also has some exercising equipment and a washer and dryer. The side of the house has a gated area, which can be used as a dog run.

The house is definitely outdated but they have styled it to make it feel more modern. The house is fully stocked which was so nice. There was a full spice rack, cotton swabs, an air fryer, coffee maker, pots, pans, every type of utensil you would need, etc. My husband and I stayed for a weekend away from our son for the first time in a year so it was really perfect for that. It's also super close to town and was 25 minutes from the Integratron. The only downside was that you have to text the owner to adjust the air conditioner and I'm very sensitive to heat/cold, so I often change it throughout the day, so I felt bad texting her every day, and she'd usually take a few hours to respond. But, for most people it probably wouldn't be an issue.

The home and rooms were cleaned well upon arrival. Excellent communication with host before and durning our stay. We did not utilize the hot tub or pool offered on site but they were clean and looked very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities one would need. Overall the home worked out perfect for my lady and I. It was inviting, comfortable and spacious enough for us. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Entire fenced property, very secure. Would highly recommend the home and the host is excellent as well. We will choose this place again. Five stars

I truly appreciated the fenced in yard. Communication with the owner was excellent. From my own experience, I understand weeds can get out of control, but they were 3 ft high, so it made lounging in the hammock or in the yard uncomfortable. Personally I do wish there was a bit more privacy created for the hot tub since it’s in the front yard.
