Boasting a calm and stylish interior with walls and ceilings of golden, knotty pine and hardwood floors, this very inviting home ensures a truly relaxing time for two or the perfect hideaway for a solo traveler. Stock up the fridge and prepare all your favorite dishes in the kitchen, then dine together at the intimate table for two. The living area features a smart TV for streaming all your favorite channels using your own accounts while a space off the kitchen offers a desk and chair for your laptop.

When you want to get outdoors, relax on the front porch, or visit the neighborhood beach located less than 1 mile from the cottage where you can play on the sand, splash in the water, soak up the sunshine, or indulge in a lakeside picnic.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
