On first arrival at the property, door to the flat was left open, a pot of dirty water was left in the sink and plumbing equipment was left on the floor. The landlord had told us previously that the washer had needed to be fixed; however, nothing was cleaned after the work was completed. After our first night, the outer doors to the building were all left open, likely by the tenants in the other flat. A fan was placed in the main bedroom; however, the plug end was removed and the exposed wires were plugged directly into the socket. Communication with the landlord was difficult as we did not get any feedback to our questions, especially about departure. The property was comfortable and close to the train station and high street. Enough space for four adults.
