Hear the water lapping at the shore & watch wildlife while you lounge on the screened porch. The house is sunny & bright with picture windows that provide unobstructed views of stunning sunrises. Covered parking & plenty of driveway space if you would like to bring your boat. Duffy's Landing-Public boat ramp: 3.8 miles away. Charlestown State Park: 9.7 miles. The main rental of 2nd floor has:
2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths
**THE FULL BATH IS IN THE PRIMARY BEDROOM SO ALL GUESTS NEED TO GO THROUGH THE PRIMARY TO SHOWER.
There is a 1/2 bathroom in the hall for all guests to use.
The Primary bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, sitting area, and full bath en-suite including jetted tub-shower combo.
The "Blue Bedroom" has a queen bed and smart TV.
Fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL OPPORTUNITY:
**Up to 2 additional adults are allowed with an additional fee of $50 per person per night to unlock the 1st floor efficiency. This space has a kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, eating area, full bath with step-in shower.
It remains locked and vacant if you are not renting it so you have private use of the property during your stay.
The 1st floor has a queen-sized sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress and support board system to prevent sagging. This area has an efficiency kitchen, eating area, and full bath with step-in shower.
This space is not attached to the 2nd floor- to go upstairs you walk under the carport to the exterior stairs at kitchen door.
No smoking, parties, or pets allowed. Exterior cameras on property for the protection of our guests and our neighbors.
