Four exclusive bedrooms, each accommodating two guests, are at your disposal—two of which feature beautiful water views. Each bedroom has an adjoining bathroom (with showers). Every bedroom features custom-built wooden closets, along with a hotel safe and a TV.
The beautiful, thoughtfully designed interior allows you to live in harmony with nature on the partially loft-style floors; for example, the choice of textiles allows you to conceal the TV sets if desired.
Cleverly arranged custom woodwork can be found throughout the house, ensuring guests have a truly delightful stay.
The comfortable underground garage offers two designated parking spaces for your cars as well as spaces for your bicycles.
From the underground garage, you have direct access to your beach house and enter the dune level (basement)—here you’ll find a spacious bedroom and a luxurious natural-stone en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.
A separate guest restroom is also located on this level.

From here, you can also take the fully transparent elevator directly to all other levels of your beach house.
