High in the north of the island of Sylt, in List, this bright and modern vacation rental awaits you in a new building right in the heart of this beautiful resort town, which has plenty to offer vacationers.
In the spacious living and dining area, you can relax to your heart’s content or whip up a vacation dinner with your family. The kitchen is equipped with everything a vacationer could want. From here, you can step out onto your furnished terrace, which is perfect for relaxing in the summer.
The first bedroom is located on the first floor. It features a double bed, a flat-screen TV, and an attached shower room. In the basement of the house, you’ll find another bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. There’s also a shower room and a private sauna. You can also access the basement through a separate entrance from the stairwell. There is an elevator in the stairwell, making this home ideal for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs.
Enjoy the resort town of List and all it has to offer: Stroll along List Harbor, take a boat tour from here to the seal colonies, or explore the interactive exhibition on the North Sea at the Naturgewalten Experience Center.
