Enjoy your vacation in a newly built vacation home in the traditional Sylt style with a thatched roof. With 123 m² of living space, the house offers everything a vacationer could wish for. On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living and dining area, stylishly furnished with Nordic accessories. In the separate kitchen, you can cook a wonderful vacation dinner thanks to the excellent amenities and enjoy it on one of the spacious terraces. From April through October, the terrace is furnished with a beach chair and several seating and lounging options. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor.
The basement of the house features a bedroom with a double bed and a spacious bathroom with natural light, a shower, a bathtub, and a toilet. You’ll also find a “Physiotherm” infrared sauna and a room with a washer and dryer. This house offers a very special highlight for families: Play foosball with your kids on the in-house foosball table or throw a few darts at the dartboard located in the same room.
Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.
