10 km from Épinal, on the road to Gérardmer (lake and ski slopes), in the heart of a small village, this charming cottage is ideal for relaxation. The living room, with its old stone sink and smoking fireplace, adds to its charm. In summer, you can enjoy the flower-filled courtyard with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a barbecue. Parking is available under the carport. Easy access via the Épinal/Gérardmer road. Épinal 10 km - Gérardmer 30 km. Hiking trails nearby. Altitude 390 meters. 50 m² cottage with private entrance.
