Holiday Apartment "Miramar" with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

The duplex "Miramar" is located just a few meters from La Cala del Moral beach. The property, spread over two floors, has an area of 110 m² and offers a living-dining room with two sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to nine people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, and a cot.



You have access to a private, comfortably furnished covered terrace and a shared outdoor area with a pool (open from early June to mid-September) and an outdoor shower. Six electronic wristbands are provided for pool access and must be returned at check-out.



The location offers public transport links within walking distance. The community provides football, basketball, tennis, and padel facilities for your use; please consult the community maintenance staff for schedules and service costs, as these are managed via an app and are available for an additional fee. No sports equipment is provided. Free street parking is available, and two resident parking cards are provided during the summer months; parking spaces are not numbered.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Please respect quiet hours during your stay (from 00:00 to 8:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00). Check-in and check-out are handled directly with the host.



The building features energy-saving lighting. Please note that government regulations on water use may apply during your stay, which could affect the use of the pool and other facilities.
