Welcome to this charming finca in Búger, in the north of Mallorca, which offers an unforgettable experience for up to 4 people.
The house is located near Búger, in the north of the island. This picturesque Mallorcan corner is characterized by narrow cobbled streets, traditional stone houses and a serene atmosphere that invites you to explore every corner at your leisure. Despite its modest size, Búger is home to architectural gems such as the parish church of San Pedro, which stands elegantly in the heart of the village. A few minutes drive away is Sa Pobla, a town with a wide range of supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. The north coast and enuseño beaches such as Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort, are 15-20 minutes away by car.
Outside, this beautiful finca is presented with a private fenced swimming pool, ensuring the safety of the little ones and surrounded by a generous terrace equipped with sunbeds and a parasol to fully enjoy the warm Mediterranean sun. The built-in barbecue promises delicious outdoor meals, and the carefully maintained garden adds a touch of freshness and color to the environment. The youngest members of the family can have fun in the specially designed play area, while everyone can cool off in the outdoor shower after a day of adventures. The furnished porch offers a quiet space with views of the picturesque surrounding landscape.
Inside the finca, a cozy living-dining room awaits with modern amenities including satellite TV, stove and air conditioning to create a comfortable atmosphere at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen, independent and with access to the outside, features state-of-the-art appliances such as ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee maker, among others.
The property has two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with two single beds and air conditioning. Both rooms are equipped with large closets to ensure an orderly storage. The complete bathroom, with bathtub and hairdryer, completes the interior facilities of the finca. For added convenience, the farm offers additional services such as outdoor parking, washing machine, iron, ironing board, baby crib and high chair, available upon request.
To consider:
There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa, mandatory for each guest over 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest from May to October and it reduces by half from the 9th night. During the low season, it is 0.55 EUR per day and guest, with no reduction.
As required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email.
