Welcome to R1370 Mandarinos 61, a stunning 75 m² apartment nestled in the charming San Juan de Capistrano urbanisation in Nerja. This is the perfect base for a relaxing coastal getaway with incredible views of the sea and mountains.





The accommodation is south-west facing, meaning you'll enjoy sunshine throughout the day. It's bright, cosy and thoughtfully laid out with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, and an open-plan living area that flows beautifully onto a private sun terrace. The main bedroom boasts sea views, whilst the fitted American-style kitchen features a breakfast bar and opens onto a dining area with stunning vistas. You'll find sunbeds and outdoor furniture on the terrace, perfect for al fresco dining and soaking up those Spanish rays.





The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need – fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all the dishes and utensils you could want. There's also a washing machine and iron for your convenience, plus WiFi throughout and air conditioning to keep you cool.





Entertainment is sorted with a TV offering international channels in multiple languages. You'll have access to 2 communal swimming pools (including a children's pool) within the urbanisation, and free street parking is available right outside.





San Juan de Capistrano is one of Nerja's most beautiful and well-maintained urbanisations, featuring charming whitewashed houses surrounded by flowers, palm trees, cacti and lush greenery. It's a wonderful area for leisurely walks and exploration. Within the urbanisation, you'll find restaurants, a small supermarket, a library and a spa with indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam (additional fees apply).





You're perfectly positioned for exploring the area. Burriana Beach – an award-winning stretch of sand – is just 2.3 km away, whilst the iconic Balcón de Europa is 3 km away. Nerja town centre is easily accessible by regular buses, as is the beach. The Nerja Bus Station is 2.5 km away, and Mercadona supermarket is just 1.3 km from your door.





Nerja itself is a charming coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a rich fishing and agricultural heritage. The weekly market on Tuesdays is a vibrant affair attracting traders and shoppers from across the region, whilst the town centre buzzes with friendly locals, lovely shops, and fantastic tapas bars and restaurants.





For further adventures, Málaga Airport is 65 km away, Aquavelis water park is 22 km away, and even Sierra Nevada ski resort is within reach at 120 km. This is an ideal spot for families and groups of up to 4 adults looking for a memorable Spanish holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment with two living rooms and plenty of natural light. The beds are good, and the pillows and sheets too. The view over Nerja and the ocean is absolutely beautiful – a real highlight! The apartment is located in a lovely and peaceful community full of flowers, trees, and a great swimming pool. Parking was very convenient, right outside the door. Would definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay in Nerja.

I stayed in the apartment for a week in May and had a wonderful time. It is a very nice and bright apartment and the views are stunning. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is well equipped. It is located in a quiet community and there is access to a beautiful pool. There are also several restaurants and a small supermarket very close to the apartment which is convenient if one does not want to go to Nerja town. There is also a bus which takes you to the beach and to town. The community where the apartment is located is very well kept, and there are beautiful trees and flowers all around. It feels very safe. Right behind the apartment there are walking trails in the mountains. You can also walk to the beach and to town if you like walking. There is parking right outside the apartment. If I come back to Nerja I would like to stay in this apartment again.
