About this cabin rental
Our cabin is located in the Tennessee mountains, the perfect outdoor retreat. Features a fully-equipped kitchen, new appliances, and a front porch grill. Two comfortable bedrooms provide restful sleep, while the outdoor fire pit offers evenings under the stars. it's centrally located between Tackett Creek, Jellico, and Royal Blue, within 20 min. Just 20 minutes from town and providing ample room for truck, trailer, and SxS parking. Whether you’re seeking a nature-filled adventure or a peaceful retreat from the daily hustle, K&M Cabin in the Tennessee mountains is your place!
For the security of our guests/their belongings, and the safety of our home, there is an external camera that doubles as a porch light. It in no way infringes on guests privacy and is muted from day of arrival to day of departure.

Only thing I would say I didn’t like, very low water pressure making showering not the most refreshing. Place was clean, beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we need to prepare meals.

The cabin has all the amenities we were looking for in a cabin. The beds are super comfy, if the septic had been bigger we would have been able to let more people stay with us, which was the only down fall to the 6 person limit. We had to leave two sxs’s on the trail over night and go get them the next day when we were supposed to be checking out. Megan was kind enough to let us check out later than expected so we were able to get cleaned up after going back out and rescuing the sxs’s. We definitely be staying there again in the future.

Property is almost ready but not quite... Finish siding/ wood planks on outside and plumbing in bathroom on inside that's all im going to say about that...
