About this villa rental
This spacious modern bedroom 5 bedroom villa is located in the beautiful town of Ferragudo. The town square with its numerous bars and restaurants is less than a 10 minute walk away. There is also a restaurant on the Vitor village development just a 2 minute walk away. A water taxi from Ferragudo runs between Portimao town, the marina and beach.
The villa has a large open plan living and dining room with floor to ceiling windows with a fabulous view of the Estuary and towards Portimao. Large glass doors open into the kitchen which is well equipped with American style fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher microwave and built in coffee machine. There is a separate utility room with washing machine.
Outside is a large dining terrace and pool area. There is a large grass area surrounding the pool with football goal, table tennis and table football. There is also a gated terrace with basket ball net.
On the ground floor is a double bedroom with glass doors leading to an ensuite with shower. Patio doors lead from this bedroom to the garden. Also on the ground floor is twin bedroom with ensuite shower.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with King size bed, dressing room area and ensuite with bath and shower. Doors lead into a large terrace with panaromic view. The fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom with bath with shower. The forth bedroom has a four poster double bed and the fifth bedroom has twin beds. Also on the first floor is a playroom with tv, play station and nintenetdo.
We can provide stair gates if you are staying with small children.
The villa is air conditioned throughout and has free wifi
Daily 3 hour maid service
Pool heating £40 per day

Very modern spacious villa. Great for large groups or families. Lots of facilities with a warm welcome. Amazing views across to Portimao. Fast high speed internet. Short drive to lots of beaches. A very quiet area, although there is some local building working going on we weren't disturbed by it. We had the pool heated and it was perfect, especially for the kids.

We were really disappointed with the checking out process on the morning of our departure. The cleaners arrived 30 mins before 10am and started to strip beds and fling the sheets down the stairs whilst we were trying to take our cases down the stairs. They were very obtrusive. There was also another lady who arrived early and was very frosty with us saying she had arranged a meeting. This was not acceptable- they all should have waited until we departed at 10am. Please pass these comments onto the owner. After a fabulous holiday it left a bitter taste.

Fin bolig beliggende i et fint strøk. Vi var en storfamilie på 10 pers med god plass og store fine rom. Ikke noe å sette fingeren på, renhold hver dag og gå avstand til mange restauranter. Vi hadde en fin ferieuke og kan trygt anbefale denne boligen.

La maison est vraiment très jolie et bien équipée. Mais le ménage à notre arrivée étaient vraiment mal fait.
Les portes de la chambre et de la salle de bain ne ferment pas. Malgré les réclamations ces portes n ont pas été réparées.
