Short walk to the beach - 300 steps from the front door to your feet in the sand. Or relax on the sofa, look at the ocean, and watch the surfers. 'Low Tor' is on Bumblebee Path, the footpath to the beach, and is once again available for your vacation.
Sit back with an unobstructed view of the beach from Tomales Bay & Pt. Reyes to Bodega Head as you lounge in the living room, sit at the breakfast bar or cook in the new kitchen! After you've watched the surfers, walked on the beach, looked at the sunset out the picture windows, then let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep at night.
This 1924 Craftsman small cottage has been fully remodeled. It has a completely new kitchen with granite counter tops, new gas range, 9' long kitchen window, sliding glass door & picture windows in living room all looking out over the beach and Pacific Ocean. Updated bathroom, all three bedrooms updated, new windows & new flooring throughout.
Living room - Cabin charm with knotty pine walls, cozy new carpeting, and ocean view through the virtually all glass west wall. Living room and kitchen flow together to form an easy-living great room. New 42' flat screen t.v. with Dish satellite (120 channels), dvd & vhs player.
Kitchen - Totally new kitchen and fully equipped! Dishwasher, garbage disposal, Cuisinart food processor, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stand electric mixer, dishes, pots & pans, griddle, waffle iron, mixing bowls - you name it, it's probably there! Cooking's enjoyable as you look out over the ocean, have everything you need at hand - and are still part of the action since the kitchen & living area adjoin.
Due to fire safety regulations and insurance requirements, this vacation rental does not provide or permit the use of a BBQ or any outdoor grilling equipment.

We loved our stay at Dillon's Beach on May 19-21, 2026. The cottage is perched on a hill just a few steps from the beach. The ocean view from the living room is the best.The kitchen has what you need to cook your meals. All was well for us.Thanks for all,...Katy

I loved this house so much… it’s so relaxing..It’s a darling place. The kitchen is beautiful.. fully stocked, I even found a champagne stopper that I needed. The bed was so comfortable and the house is quiet.. except for the roar of the ocean. I had my coffee in the morning outside watching people walk their dogs and watching the beautiful ocean. Whenever I had a question the host answered quickly which was really nice. I’ve already booked again… I love it here!

Really enjoyed the tide pool at low morning tides! Tons of star fish and anemones and a few crabs. Short walk to the beach. Mid- April only a few folks on the beach. We did lose electricity during a rain storm but was back on really quickly and did not affect our stay.

Wonderful location with great views of the beach. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds and everything you could need for an effortless stay. Will absolutely be planning a return trip here.
