Relax with family or friends in this 2 bedroom apartment elegant and comfortable including a TV in each room, this is a recently renovated apartment with a full bathroom, plenty private parking space on premises located in the heart of Waltham, just a few blocks away from the vibrant Moody St, filled with a variety of restaurants, 10 minutes away from Bentley University, Brandeis University and La Salle college, 2 blocks to nice beautiful Charles River path to bike or simple admired the beautiful landscape just walking, near public transportation to Boston, commuter rail as well, 20 minutes driven to Boston.

Very clean and very well supplied. The bathroom on first floor was not great and at 1am one night we believe people came to clean the unit next door and woke us all up for some time. Otherwise great location and great neighborhood.

We actually were unable to come but the host was fantastic about communicating with us. Waltham is a great area as we have been there before.

Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. It appeared that door lead to the neighbors' basement? This left a feeling of uneasiness.We came to move our daughter into college and we were grateful to find a Vrbo near Brandeis. No issues with Doordash finding the property. We would have felt more comfortable if the basement door had an inside sliding bolt lock to ensure our safety.
