Situated on 45 acres at the edge of the storied Hunt Trial Field but only 2miles to downtown Southern Pines and 8 to Pinehurst. Enjoy and relax in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath guest cottage. Fully renovated with oversized gourmet kitchen, separate dining area, in-home laundry, den with working gas fireplace, living room, two decks and covered front porch. Perfect for decompressing and minutes from the world-class attractions of Southern Pines and Pinehurst. Pets allowed with prior approval.

Max was inviting and accommodating when we arrived, made us feel right at home. Very calm and quiet location. So conveniently located near Southern Pines and all the local shoping places.

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Communication and follow-through with the owners were excellent. The house sits on a serene and forested ranch property with easy access to town. The home was cozy, clean and uncluttered. We would definitely stay again!

We were very lucky to have booked this wonderful property. The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. The house was perfect distance from all the golf courses and it was so well kept and comfortable. Super quiet and great to unwind. Felt like our home away from home. Highly recommend and hopefully we will be able to book again the future!
