- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. Cameras 1 and 2 are on the corners of the front of the home and face the driveway. Camera 3 is in the external stairwell facing the front entrance. Camera 4 is on the back porch and faces the backyard. These cameras actively record video and audio when motion is detected and will be turned on during your stay
- Arrowhead Lake’s beaches and pools are open between Memorial Day and Labor Day
- This property is located in the Arrowhead Lake Community. Amenity fees are mandatory and not included in the original booking cost. Fees must be paid to the owner at least 3 days prior to arrival. The house was very nice and well stocked and maintained. There were many lake toys, but the kayaks could have used a power washing. I had never had a check-in process like this one but it worked in the end. You do have to pay for pool passes for everyone whether you use them or not or even if some guests are staying for only a few days. Our contact person was very nice but not always quick to respond or fully answer my questions. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

This property is perfect. The house is exactly as listed. The community has everything for a great time for kids and adults. The property owner was extremely responsive and professional. I will definitely be staying here again.

Another great vacation! House was clean and well stocked with everything you could need. Game room and a dock with lake accessories kept everyone happy! Can’t wait to return again next year!
