About this apartment rental
The condo is a loft-style, approximately 858 ft.². It is located on the second floor of the complex there are two bedrooms one upstairs and one downstairs both have queen size beds. There is a full bath downstairs and a 3/4 bath upstairs. The sofa in the living room is also a double bed with a chaise lounge, which allows sleep space for up to 3 people. The kitchen is equipped with new dishes, glasses, utensils, a pots, pans, Instapot, toaster, and coffee maker. There is an electric grill available for use we ask that you clean it after use. Ironing board, iron, soap,shampoo, and hairdryer are available.
Guest access
The condo is open access. There are two closets with cleaning supplies that are off-limits.
Other things to note
Close to everything but in a peaceful area! You can head straight down from Hwy 165 to Highway 76, where majority of the shows and attractions are or you can head the other direction and go towards the State Park, Silver Dollar City, Billy Gail’s and more! There is public access to the marina on site where you can put in your kayak or your boat or simply fish off the dock. If you have any concerns, please message me. Highly recommend! The property was just as described in VRBO. Very comfortable and all the conveniences you need to have a fun time with your family. Easy access to fish on Lake Taneycomo, close to restaurants, shows, and exploring nature. Easy to zip around town using different routes to get to your favorite entertainment sites due to the location of the property.

This was a great place to stay. Property manager was excellent to work with and responded quickly to questions. It was beautiful and clean.

Cleanliness could have been better. TV’s in bedrooms never did work properly. Poor WiFi, crumbs on floor and a Red Bull can on counter when we walked in. Spooked me enough to say “Hello and walk around to make sure someone else wasn’t still there.Property was safe and had everything needed just could use some love.
