Centrally located 4 BR home!

We came to the Brainerd lakes area to gather with family for a birthday celebration. Four siblings and their spouses stayed at the house. Grandchildren and great grandchildren came for the party the property was a fantastic gathering place for all our needs. The property manager Renee couldn't have been more responsive and helpful with everything. We will definitely be booking again in the future

Loved the house! Very comfortable and nice. Beds are comfortable, game room fun. Outdoor seating and the grill could use some updating. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen! The host was very responsive and took care of a couple minor things we needed right away! We thoroughly enjoy the house.

Such a lovely place. Plenty of room to spread out but still felt cozy. Kitchen was totally stocked—flatware, dishes, cookware, utensils, appliances, linens—everything. Everything felt well thought out to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely recommend and book again.

If i could rate the cleanliness, communication and condition of the home 6 stars instead of 5 I would. This property was the cleanest VRBO we've been in. I just can't rate this high enough! Access to the property was simple and quick. It had all the kitchen amenities we needed. The inside was updated and it felt new! Communication lines with the property owner/manager were great! Renee was so responsive. The common areas were cool and comfortable even in the heatwave we experienced. A couple of the bedrooms were a little warm as they were at the back of the house and didn't get the coolness of the air conditioner as well, but we brought fans with us so we still slept well. We came up for a wedding (8 adults/4 couples) and it provided everything we wanted and needed. Thanks Renee!
