Set within a half of a mile of Playa Jaco, Vista Las Palmas 12B Condo offers accommodation with a full wrap around balcony to relax with a cup of coffee on a beautiful morning or a glass of wine on a warm evening while taking in the stunning views of Jaco Beach. This condo offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, eat in kitchen, as well as a common living area located on a beach front property.
The condo features a range of amenities such as free wireless internet (in condo and in the pool area), cable TV, a private in condo laundry area, and a mini fitness center on the property. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor pool and a jacuzzi located beach side.

This condo is an approximate 45-minute drive from Tambor airport. You will also find local art galleries nearby as well as proximity to El Miro observation deck where you can catch a breathtaking view of paradise. Don't forget the opportunity to experience world class deep seas fishing!

Our family stayed for 4 days in this gorgeous condo with an amazing view. Eric was quick to respond to answer any questions we had while we enjoyed our stay!

Property was amazing. Paul was a great host. Helped us find boards and was super accommodating. Perfect location for walkable local restaurants and beach access. 24x7 manned security gate gave our girls some comfort too. The pool was a great transition from being on the beach and the hot tub was hot. The setup for hanging out at night and doing some cooking was perfect. Kids loved the panoramic balcony views. Definitely recommend this property.

This was my favorite place we stayed in Costa Rica (and cheapest), and is probably the nicest place in Jaco. You check in at the gate, there is on site parking, the condo is huge with no neighbor noise, and the balcony is also large. There are plenty of restaurants options nearby, as well as multiple grocery stores. There is a large pool that the kids loved, and we enjoyed all the loungers on the baha shelf around the pool. Overall, we will stay here again.

Right in the center of Jaco town. Walking distance to restaurants and a regular surf spot right in front of the property. I worked during my stay and internet was stable and I had no issues.
