This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury villa was custom built as a vacation rental to combine comfort, privacy, and modern design. Perfect for three couples or families, each bedroom is its own suite with en-suite bath, smart TV, and spa-style shower.
Located in the middle of Moab Valley, you’ll be just 5 minutes from downtown restaurants and shops and 10 minutes from Arches National Park. After a day of exploring, unwind in your year-round heated pool, hot tub, or around the custom-built fire pit under Moab’s starlit skies.
For larger gatherings, this home sits next to two additional villas within the same neighborhood.

BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Suite 1 – King bed, en-suite bath with spa-style shower, closet, and 43" Smart TV. Spacious enough for an additional guest bed.
Suite 2 – King bed, en-suite bath with spa-style shower, closet, and 43" Smart TV.
Suite 3 – King bed, en-suite bath with spa-style shower, closet, and 43" Smart TV.
Sleeper Sofa – Queen sleeper sofa in the family room.
Guest Beds – 2 memory foam guest beds available (setup upon request).

Game Room (Garage): Ping pong table (foldable), 55” Smart TV, and dart board.
Garage & Parking: Oversized two-car garage with electric winch lift for Jeep top removal. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers.
Outdoor Living: Wraparound patio with pergola cover, BBQ grill, sunshade, and seating. Custom-built fire pit and an 8-person hot tub (2022) with red rock and La Sal mountain views.
Pool & Hot Tub: Large private heated pool (82° in summer, 95° in winter) plus year-round private hot tub, both meticulously maintained.
Adventure Gear: 2 paddleboards with straps for easy transport to Ken’s Lake (5 minutes) or the Colorado River (15 minutes).

The communication process was great, the pool was a good size for 7 adults, we didn't open the hot tub because the pool temp was nice and warm! The beds were comfy even the pull out in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. I would return! Thanks

No privacy at all
Sitting by the pool your in full view
There’s a metal divide between properties and the neighbors were playing music for hours.
There’s houses in the back that look over the fence, not shown in pics.
The grill is connected to house gas butchers barely able to get hot enough to cook steaks.
TV in living room was barely watchable…way way to hi.
Pictures are misleading about pool, it’s very very small.
For the money we will look elsewhere.
