Full washer/dryer usage is available in the garage. The apartment is completely private and perfect for a mid-term rental by a professional who is looking for a unique and natural experience that's different from standard apartment complexes! Relax on the dock, fish, enjoy nature - all while having the conveniences of wi-fi, smart TV, and new stainless appliances! Conveniently located 20 minutes from everything Tampa has to offer! The apartment is new, clean and brightly decorated. The property has beautiful lakefront with a new dock. Canoes, fishing equipment, and a hot tub are available. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Ben was a great host.
