When you're not taking advantage of the nearly year-round winter sports conditions, you can enjoy other fantastic outdoor activities like hiking and biking at Pine View Reservoir or golf at Wolf Creek. Additionally, you'll have access to some incredible on-site amenities including a gym, a sauna, pickleball/tennis courts, putt-putt golf, and a rec room with Ping-Pong and a foosball table. Board games, Ping-Pong paddles, putters, and golf balls are supplied in the condo.

The private balcony showcases a partial golf course and mountain views, providing a scenic perch for coffee or cocktails. The property has a large common area that includes, shared laundry facilities located between the unit and the clubhouse providing added convenience during your stay. A suite of up-to-date stainless steel appliances makes it easy to whip up delicious dishes or on-the-go snacks. The wood-burning fireplace sets the stage for toasty home gatherings in the living room. This home is equipped with 1 TV in the living room area, featuring DirecTV and Roku for casual entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
