This high desert property has views of some of the Cascades as well as Smith Rock. The guesthouse sits behind the main home on 5 acres for privacy. It is centrally located between Bend, Redmond and Prineville for a wide range of outdoor activities including easy access to Brasada Ranch and Smith Rock. Enjoy bird watching, wildlife, walks and incredible sunsets.

You are going to love this adorable ADU that sits on 5 acres of high desert land. The unit is attached to the detached garage (no garage access) and completely separate from the main house. The way the ADU faces you don’t even notice the main house and you have lots of privacy.

When you walk in the front door you enter into the main living space with warm natural tones, wood floors and trim, leather couch, stainless steel appliances, and a cozy neutral area rug. The living space couch folds out into full sized bed and there is a coat closet with bed linens and storage for guests. There is also smart TV with Roku so you can sign into your own accounts.

The kitchen is small, but has everything you’d need to make a meal for 2. A two burner stovetop, a large microwave/convection oven, and full sized fridge.
Off the kitchen is a stackable washer and dryer.

Outside the slider door on the main floor is a private gravel patio/fire pit area with stumps for sitting on during the winter months and outdoor adirondack chairs in the spring/summer months.

Upstairs has high vaulted ceilings and a big open bedroom area with lots of windows for natural light. A queen sized bed with a gorgeous custom made wooden frame sits on one side of the room. On the other is a cozy reading/sitting nook. There is plenty of storage for hanging clothes as well as a dresser for your use. The one and only full bath is upstairs as well with a full walk in shower.
