During the warmer months, utilize the private gas grill to host summer barbecues; when it's cooler, hop in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub and gaze up at the radiant night sky. Within 15 miles of Avalanche Ranch, discover Eleven Mile Canyon Recreation Area, Hornbek Homestead, the Colorado Wolf and Wildlife Center, and Hackett Gulch Trailhead. Woodland Park is less than 20 miles away, with shops and dining. Colorado Springs offers additional fun and sightseeing adventures.

Back at your stay, get comfortable amidst the high ceilings and unique wood finishes. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
