About this cottage rental
Lake Lucerne is a pristine 1000-acre full recreation lake. After a day of enjoying the lake or attending the Crandon Brush Run you can relax in the 8-person Hot Tub! Lounge on the massive deck and watch the sunset or sit around a campfire just rite for making smores!
The hot tub is maintained on an as needed basis. This means that from time to time the maintenance person will be checking on the tub to make sure that the chemical balance is correct. You will be asked to add chemicals after using the tub to assure its cleanliness. The tub is intended for registered guests only. For safety and insurance reasons the tub and deck area are monitored by video camera. Any recordings are deleted at check out.
Check out time is 10:00 am, check in time is 3:00 pm.
We are renting to your family and the number of individuals staying in the cottage and using the hot tub should match your reservation.
As noted in the VRBO listing the rental rate is for four people. Extra people will be charged $20.00 per day. This is to cover the extra costs of linens, towels, cleaning, hot tub chemicals, utilities and maintenance. Wisconsin law requires that I maintain a list of all renters. After making your reservation, please forward to me a list of the people staying at the cottage.
No smoking, underage drinking and no fireworks. Pets are not allowed.
Internet is available and a smart tv. Bring your firestick if you have one.
There are two kayaks and two paddle boards available for use. Wisconsin boating law requires life jackets when using these. You are responsible for life jackets when using them.
Cottage has a gas grill for your use. A weber can be arranged if requested, bring your own charcoal.
Parking is available for four cars and or trailers.
A large dock is available for swimming or tying up your boat.
Please note that the main cabin has two bedrooms with a king and queen bed. The detached bunkhouse has two bedrooms with a queen bed and two bunk beds. There is no bathroom in the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse is not available Memorial Day weekend or 4TH of July weekend.
Our cottage is inspected and licensed by the state of Wisconsin. Drinking water is tested annually. This information is posted in the cottage.
New this summer. We have eliminated the individual AC units and have installed a mini-split AC and heating system. Every room has
it's own wall mounted temperature control system.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at Bill’s cottage! It’s the perfect location, just minutes from downtown and the race track. It’s nice to have a place to call home for the week and Bill is always easy to reach if we need anything. If you want a beautiful place on the water with peace and quiet then look no further!

The view of the lake from the house, screened in porch, deck or hot tub was breathtaking. Our kids loved the extra large swim platform. We had an amazing time!

My three kids and I had a great time at the cozy cottage on Lake Lucerne. We enjoyed the hot tub, kayaks, paddle boards, fires at night, and fishing off the dock. It is a great location and Bill was very helpful. Thank you for a nice weekend on the lake!

The kitchen is well stocked with cooking and dining supplies. There is no dishwasher. Because my daughter and I were going to be arriving after dark, I asked our Landlord to leave lights on and the door unlocked. He did that for us.....
