This condo has 2 bedrooms that have dedicated bathrooms on opposing side of the condo; easy to host 2 separate couples or kids could have separate room. Everything is ready for you: full kitchen, washer/dryer, and all housewares to make it feel like home. Coffee, hot cocoa, towels, linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and washing machine soap offered for every stay. Swimming pool available on complex. Located in walking distance to P&G and Camp B. Minutes from Louisiana College, Cleco, and Alexandria. Welcome all softball, church, and military members!

Was perfect location, everything you need is close by. we came up for UPCI men’s conference. Very nice and clean condo! Will definitely try and rent this same place when we come up again. Thanks and God bless
