VILLA CATERINE - SIENA AREA
Villa Caterine is a traditional farmhouse and former mill, located in the Ambra Valley between Siena and Arezzo. Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves with a private swimming pool, the villa is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The small medieval town of Ambra is nearby and, some of Italy’s most famous cities are within easy driving distance – including Florence, Siena, and Arezzo.
The 360 square metre villa develops over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room (with a fireplace, sofas, and armchairs), a well-equipped kitchen and dining room (with table seating 10 people) with access to the garden.
On the first floor, you will find five double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower - one with hydromassage shower). Please note that two of the double bedrooms can accommodate an extra bed.
Outdoors, the villa is set in a beautiful, manicured garden with a private heated swimming pool with hydromassage (7 m x 17 m; depth 1.4m; open before Easter until the end of October). The swimming pool includes a sun terrace with sun loungers, umbrellas and a large table and chairs. You will also find an outbuilding (with wood burning stove, gas cooker and a barbecue) and an annex (with a sauna and shower).
