VILLA SEGESTA - PALERMO AREA
Villa Segesta is an elegant property located in Trappeto, a lovely seaside town overlooking the charming Castellammare’s Gulf. Within only 1km you can find the nearest sandy beach and restaurant. Villa Segesta is the ideal place from where you can discover the beauties of Western Sicily and visit town such as Castellamare Del Golfo, Palermo, Trapani, Erice and many more, as well as tourist sites such as the Temple of Segesta.
The villa develops over one level only. Inside, we find a large open plan living area with sofa, TV dining table and chairs, and direct access to the outside via French doors; there is also a kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, etc. perfect for cooking Italian meals.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with air conditioning. Two double bedrooms and the twin bedroom have an en-suite bathroom with shower each. Additionally, there is another separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we find the private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.3m – 2m deep) equipped with sun lounges. There is a covered terrace with table and chairs for alfresco meals.
PLEASE NOTE:
- during the month of August, the owner will occupy a detached apartment in the same area where Villa Segesta is located. They will not use the swimming pool or exteriors intended for guests, but only a parking space;
- There is a video surveillance system for the external areas (2 cameras facing the external gate, internal parking and main entrance);
- The outbuilding seen in the photos next to the pool area is closed off and not in use;
- The water is rich in limestone and we recommend that for drinking purposes you are using bottled water only. The water at this property can be used for washing and cooking, but not drinking.
