About this house rental
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, waterfront retreat offers the perfect setting for your dream vacation on the South Coast of New South Wales. With room to sleep 8 guests, it's an ideal choice for families, friends, or couples seeking relaxation, water activities, and a true escape from the everyday. Nestled along the tranquil waters of Sussex Inlet, this property boasts breathtaking water views. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or an adventure-filled vacation, this property has it all. This property has been newly renovated inside.
There is a large under cover area with seating and a BBQ which is the perfect place to relax and watch the local wildlife.
You can fish, swim and kayak/paddleboard from the backyard. The local beach is a few minutes drive away with many others within 15-20mins drive if you like variety.
The property is a 2 minute walk to the local shopping strip which has coffee shops, supermarket, cafes, RSL and cinema etc.
Things to note about the property:
- Linens are not supplied but doonas and pillows are on each bed
- Aircon and Wi-fi are available
- Plenty of parking available on driveway and on the street
- No smoking inside the house
