About this apartment rental

Situated in the Historic Avenues of Salt Lake City with easy access to the downtown day and night life, minutes from the Avenues hospital and just a hop skip jump away from all major resorts. Cozy details that let you melt away from a long day of skiing or working to relax in luxury hotel bamboo and Egyptian cotton bedding, top of the line kitchen and glassware, handmade soaps and non chemical cleaning supplies. Beverages include coffee, tea, with beer and wine (for a reasonable fee). Body and dish soaps, high speed wi-fi and some peace and quiet. Studio apartment in a quiet Queen Ann style home with easy access and driveway use. Ideal for singles and/or couples. Coffee shops, grocery and restaurants all within a block away. Its everything you need to explore the city and get a good night's rest. Pets allowed just not on the bed please.

This place is super close to everything downtown. If it’s not a walk away, it’s a Lime scooter away. The host was very nice and the property was beautiful. Just a heads up, the parking is just parallel street parking which we had no problem with, but I’m sure for very busy day in the area, it could be hard to find parking.

The place was cute, the bed was super super comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The check in process was easy. The house is in a very nice area of SLC. There is a coffee shop, and Einsteins Bagel and a bakery within a .25 mile, and many restaurants within a mile. Please note: there is not an outlet next to the bed for charging a phone, etc.and seating for eating or just not be in the bed is limited and not very comfortable
